The Rhyme Inside
Sometimes when I sit alone
I think of what I can say that will make someone feel at home
I think about the worlds I create
And also the positions of conversation I take
The constant nagging of wanting to give the world my heart
Hoping that I can touch someones’ soul or just a part
I try to be as opinion minded as I may
But there are some things I spit out that others dare not say
I want you to be a part of me
I need for you to be able to see
With an open mind
Take some time
To be without fear of what you read
Or take it too literally
Sometimes my words are just that
They are to be placed in sentences that are a part of paragraphs and pages of my mind
Step inside
