I Sabotage Our Love

I sabotage our love

Knowing this love is real

Stronger than steel

My old wounds won’t heal

Scared to feel

‘Cuz my breath you steal

Crave you like a meal

You broke my heart’s seal

Tough exterior has begun to peel

Makes it hard for me to deal

‘Cuz I know this love is real

I sabotage our love

  • 300? That’s a lot o’ poems, girl. LOL Like the flow and freeness of this piece. Think I need to go back to poetry instead of this manuscript I’ve been working on. (Ugh) Anyway, I saw your twitter button & have decided to follow. Hope u don’t mind.

    • Yea its a lot, but it keeps me on my toes. I’m glad you like the flow of this one. Don’t give up on your manuscript even though its at the Ugh stage. lol. I use poetry to keep the creative juices flowing so that I can work on my manuscript. Take a step back and write some verses – it may spark a creative explosion. ๐Ÿ˜‰ And I definitely don’t mind the follow. Thanks. I’ll be following you back.

  • I’m really impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, itโ€™s rare to see a great blog like this one nowadays..
